Age of fleet vehicles?

Cars
Our fleet changes frequently and are usually under 1 year old and

Vans & Lorries
Our fleet is rotated regularly and are usually under 5 years old.

Are there any mileage restrictions?

Cars
If you exceed 200 miles per day there is a charge of 10p per mile thereafter.

Vans
If you exceed 250 miles per day there is a charge of 10p per mile thereafter.

Lorries
Unlimited Mileage.

*The mileage allowed is per day so if you hire a van for 7 days you would have 1,750 miles included, anything after this is 10p per mile.

Do I have to pay to take the vehicle abroad?

If you would like to take a vehicle outside the UK please give us a call for a quote.

We do not permit vehicles to be taken outside the UK without prior arrangement. We require two weeks’ notice.

Do you have any cleaning charges?

Vehicles are to be returned in the same condition you take them with. Pets are not allowed in our vehicles, we will charge, at our discretion if any pet hair etc is found.

Do you offer delivery and collection?

Cars
Generally if you hire a car for a week or more we can arrange delivery within a 10 mile radius of Carterton, subject to availability; If you are local and need a car delivering to you always give us a call, we will help where we can. Please phone to see if this is possible.

Vans & Lorries
We do not offer delivery or collection, they need to be picked up and returned to Ventura Park site.

Do you provide breakdown cover?

All vehicles are covered if you breakdown, details are shown on your rental agreement.

How often are your vehicles serviced?

All vehicles are serviced within manufactures guidelines.

What constitutes a one day hire?

A one-day hire is pick up from 08.30am and return anytime the same night, we do an after hours return that we run through on collection.

What do I do in the event of an accident?

If you have an accident please take as much information as you can from other parties involved and inform us as soon as possible.

What do I have to have with me when I collect the vehicle?

Please go to our driver requirements page.

What is our fuel policy?

Cars
Need to be returned with the same level of fuel as you take them away with.

Vans & Lorries
Come with a full tank of diesel and need to be returned full. If you do not refuel we charge £25.00 plus the cost of the diesel.

What is your policy on Fines?

If you get a parking or speeding fine, or London congestion penalty charge or similar come through for you, we will charge £15.00 plus VAT.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We take payment upfront before you drive away by credit or debit card.

If you are arriving on a flight into RAF Brize Norton you will need to contact us to make your payment before you arrive.

    Just be aged between 21 and 75 with a full driving license*

*You must have held a full driving licence for more than 2 years and have no more than 6 points on your licence (if you do have more than 6 points or a serious endorsement please contact us as we may be able to do a referral to our insurance company to accept you to drive, this must be done in office hours, in advance of rental). Payment is by credit or debit card and there is a deposit of £200 for vans, £250 for the V6 and £200 for cars. All drivers need to provide a licence check www.gov.uk/view-driving-license. Bring along a second form of ID such as a bank statement or utility bill
